Our Client:

A rare opportunity presents itself to join a well-established company within the Agriculture Industry.  This progressive company is continuing to grow their business and provide a great place to work for their staff.

In this role, you will be responsible for reception duties, supporting the logistics team and providing support to the commerical team.

This is great opportunity for someone keen to enter the market, with an interest in Logistics and international trade.

  • Manage the reception desk
  • Take incoming calls, qualify requirements and forward calls to appropriate department
  • Prepare Export shipment folders, costing slips, liase with shipping lines on documentation
  • Enter orders into the system
  • Assist the commercial team as needed
  • General office support
To be considered:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role (Administration/reception)
  • Diploma in Logistics or International Trade (advantage)
  • MS Office – Excel skills (intermediate)
  • A “Can do” attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Well presented candidate, friendly and positive outlook
